Rethink! HR Tech Europe is a we.CONECT summit for CHROs and HR decision-makers on HR technology, new work, people analytics and recruitment innovation. The 2026 edition takes place on 23–24 November at the Titanic Chaussee Berlin hotel (Chausseestraße 30), close to Berlin's main station. It is co-located with three sister conferences, HR Analytics & AI Europe 2026, Talent Management Reloaded Europe 2026 and Total Rewards Reloaded Europe 2026, and a single all-access ticket covers all four; the organiser promises more than 90 sessions. Spotlight topics include generative AI in talent management, predictive analytics for workforce planning, next-generation HCM platforms and engagement tools for hybrid teams, with speakers largely drawn from people analytics and HR data leadership roles. Ticket categories are on the organiser's booking page, with a 50% team discount for two or more participants. The speaker line-up leans towards large enterprises, but the analytics and HR tech sessions can help mid-sized HR teams plan their own data and system roadmap.
