Richmond Human Resources Forum Autumn is the autumn edition of Richmond Italia's invitation-based forum for HR directors, held on 6–8 October 2026 at the historic Grand Hotel Rimini. The format brings personnel directors together with suppliers of HR services through pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, alongside keynotes and industry insight sessions. The organiser's published delegate list for 2026 includes HR leaders from companies such as Ariston Group, Edenred Italia, Esprinet and Dassault Systèmes. The opening keynote is given by entrepreneur and author Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly, on five keywords for working with the next generation. Industry sessions include pay transparency under Italy's Legislative Decree 96/2026 and using AI to reduce labour costs, and the programme also features wellbeing activities such as a guided morning walk along the Rimini seafront. Participation terms are provided on request via the organiser's form. For HR leads in companies with 51–250 employees, the forum offers focused time with vendors and peers facing the same compliance changes.
