Richmond Human Resources Forum Winter is the first of Richmond Italia's two annual forums for HR directors, scheduled for 14–16 March 2027 at the Grand Hotel Rimini, the seafront hotel that has hosted guests since 1908. The forum is aimed at personnel directors and aims to introduce them to suppliers able to support day-to-day HR work with high-level services. Its format is built around pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings between delegates and exhibitors, giving senior HR managers a direct view of new offers on the HR market and a chance to compare notes with peers from other companies. The organiser has already published an initial 2027 delegate list, which includes HR leaders from companies such as Aruba, Coloplast, Lanxess, Lutech, Legance and Diversey. Speakers and the conference programme had not yet been announced at the time of writing. Participation terms are provided on request via the organiser's website. For HR leads in companies with 51–250 employees, it is a structured way to meet several providers in three days.
