Share | Care | Dare Conference by HR Club is the annual national conference of HR Club, the Romanian HR professionals' association. The 2026 edition takes place on 17 November 2026 at HALO Events Center and explores the intersection of macroeconomic dynamics, technology and the human factor. By tradition it opens with a macroeconomist: Valentin Tătaru, Chief Economist of ING Bank Romania, on growth, inflation, fiscal policy, demography and the labour market. Marc Stuhler of Leaders of AI will show how his edtech start-up runs as a hybrid organisation with 50 AI assistants and will build an assistant live on stage. The first results of the national Generations@Organisations research will be presented, alongside sessions on organisational redesign and managing anxiety in the AI era. The organiser expects 400+ participants; ticket prices depend on HR Club membership, with 10% off for groups of five or more. The generational research is relevant for HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees managing mixed-age teams.
