About the event
TalentDay Barcelona is the annual HR meeting of Equipos & Talento, the Spanish HR portal and magazine. The tenth edition takes place on 6 October 2026 from 9:00 at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, Avinguda Diagonal 661. The main auditorium hosts panels led by HR directors from companies such as SEAT, Danone, Repsol, Vueling, Nestlé and CaixaBank, covering innovation and tech transformation in mid-sized companies, building an AI-ready culture, L&D impact, healthy workplaces, engagement and employer branding, absenteeism and change leadership. Alongside it run Talent Talks, longer case-study sessions for smaller groups, and an exhibition space with HR service providers. The event is in-person only and in Spanish. Registration is limited to accredited HR executives of companies; consultants and service providers can attend only as sponsors. The opening panel on innovation and technology in mid-sized companies, along with the sessions on absenteeism and wellbeing, speaks directly to HR teams in organisations with 51–250 employees.
