TALENTpro is an "expofestival" for recruiting, talent management and employer branding, organised by HRM Institute GmbH & Co. KG and held since 2018. The 2027 edition takes place on 9 and 10 June 2027 at the MTC world of fashion on Lilienthalallee in the north of Munich. It combines a trade fair with more than 90 exhibitors, over 100 speakers on several stages, meet-ups and networking, with festival elements such as live music, food trucks, morning yoga and an after-show party. The 2027 programme focuses on AI in recruiting, the flood of applications, the EU Pay Transparency Directive and skills-based hiring. Headline speakers named by the organiser include talent leaders from Siemens Energy, the European Space Agency, DHL Group, Commerzbank and Henkel. According to the organiser, the 2025 edition drew more than 2,200 trade visitors and sold out. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees that recruit continuously, it is a focused place to benchmark recruiting and employer branding practice.
