UNLEASH World 2026 is the Paris edition of the international HR, work and technology event run by UNLEASH, taking place from 20 to 22 October 2026 across two venues. Day one (Tuesday 20 October) is reserved for invitation-only and premium formats – Summits & Salons, Expeditions and Executive Dinners – at Shangri-La Paris. The main conference and exhibition follow on 21–22 October at Paris Convention Centre, Hall 7.3, at Porte de Versailles, with doors opening at 8:00. The organiser cites 8,500+ attendees from 140+ countries, 300+ speakers and 250+ exhibitors across seven stages, covering AI, skills, operating models, reward, data and HR technology. Announced speakers include Louis Theroux, Josh Bersin, L'Oréal CEO Nicolas Hieronimus and Ryanair CEO Eddie Wilson. General Admission covers days two and three. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the exhibition floor is a practical place to compare HR software and hear how larger employers approach AI adoption.
