About the event
The Wellbeing Happiness Forum, organised by Ecosistema Formazione Italia (EFI) and OMM Business, is billed by the organisers as the first event in Italy entirely dedicated to wellbeing, happiness and welfare at work. The 2026 edition runs on 21–22 October at the Centro Congressi Stella Polare, Fiera Milano Rho. The organisers expect 160+ speakers, 1,600+ participants and 50+ exhibitors and sponsors, with a programme on two stages plus workshop rooms, a meditation area and co-located events including ICF Coaching Day. Themes include attraction and retention, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, digital wellbeing and conscious leadership. Announced speakers include Professor Peter Hawkins, Sander Hoeken of the Fearless Organization Scan, Anastasia Dedyukhina and former Italian minister Enrico Giovannini, and research on psychological safety in Italian organisations will be presented. Entry is free for HR, L&D, wellbeing and welfare roles; supplier tickets cost €120 per day (€90 until 16 October). HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees will find practical ideas for wellbeing and retention programmes that do not require large budgets.
