The Workforce Digital Transformation Summit (WDTS) Nordic Edition is a two-day summit on HR digitalisation organised by Giraffe Above s.r.o. The 2026 edition takes place on 10–11 November at Clarion Hotel & Congress Copenhagen Airport under the theme "The Digital Transformation Odyssey". The organiser promises 100+ senior HR practitioners and 20+ subject-matter experts, with keynotes, case studies, breakout sessions, roundtables, panel discussions and a cocktail reception. Topics include leveraging HR tech, data literacy, AI agents, upskilling and reskilling, employee experience, AI and predictive HR analytics, digital talent acquisition and talent marketplaces. Announced speakers include HR leaders from Google, ICA, Scandinavian Airlines, IKEA, JYSK, VELUX, Ørsted and Ericsson. According to the organiser, 80% of participants come from companies with 10,000+ employees. End-user delegate tickets start at €995 + VAT (early bird), solution providers pay from €1,395 + VAT and a virtual ticket costs €195 + VAT. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the case studies show digital HR roadmaps that can be scaled down to smaller organisations.
