About the event
The jubilee, tenth edition of the congress for HR directors and managers in Katowice; the previous, ninth edition took place on 18–19 May 2026 under the motto "HR as a guardian of relationships in a world of change". Two days of presentations and workshops covering updates in employment law, modern HR technologies, methods for reducing turnover, as well as case studies and knowledge exchange. The format emphasizes open discussion and networking.
