Zorg & HR is a Dutch trade fair for HR in the healthcare sector, organised by Jaarbeurs. The 2027 edition runs from 13 to 15 April 2027 in halls 7 and 8 of Jaarbeurs Utrecht, with provisional opening hours of 09:30 to 16:30 each day. Exhibitors and healthcare professionals present solutions for the sector's main workforce challenges – staff shortages, high workload, job satisfaction, vitality and leadership – alongside keynotes on the main stages and sessions in an HR theatre. The fair is held at the same time as Zorg & ict, and the same free ticket also gives access to Zorg & food and Zorg & facility. Registration for a free visitor ticket opens in January 2027. The organiser names HR managers, heads of department and HR staff in healthcare as its core audience. The event is in Dutch. For care providers with 51–250 employees, where scheduling and retention weigh heavily on small HR teams, it offers practical tools and peer exchange in one visit.
