Zukunft Personal Nord is the northern German edition of the Zukunft Personal HR trade fair series, described by the organiser as the networking event for the people community in the north of Germany. The 2027 edition takes place on 20 and 21 April 2027 in Hall B6 (South entrance) of Hamburg Messe & Congress. According to the organiser, visitors can expect more than 240 sessions across two days, including practical workshops and live trainings, and more than 250 exhibitors, partners and sponsors from the HR sector. The fair is aimed at specialists and managers from HR, recruiting, training, corporate development, occupational medicine and corporate management. Opening hours are 9:00–17:30 on 20 April and 9:00–17:00 on 21 April; a one-day ticket costs €50 and a multi-day ticket €75. The programme is largely in German. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, it is a compact way to compare HR software, payroll and benefits providers in one hall.
