Zukunft Personal Süd is the southern German edition of the Zukunft Personal HR trade fair series, presented by the organiser as the industry meeting place for people management in southern Germany, at the heart of the German Mittelstand. The 2027 edition takes place on 11 and 12 May 2027 in Hall 10 (West entrance) of Messe Stuttgart. The fair combines an exhibition of HR solution providers with a stage programme. At the 2026 edition, exhibitors included vendors of workforce management, cloud payroll for SMEs, all-in-one HR software and recruiting software, and the organiser put AI transformation at the centre of the programme. Opening hours are 9:00–17:30 on 11 May and 9:00–17:00 on 12 May; a one-day ticket costs €50 and a multi-day ticket €75. The programme is largely in German. For HR teams in companies with 51–250 employees, the Mittelstand focus makes it a useful place to benchmark HR, time-tracking and payroll tools sized for their organisation.
