Eurovia Polska chose tomHRM to implement an intranet system for +900 employees.

The goal was to replace paperwork with Time Off Management and to help employees communicate more effectively. Beside the Time Off Module, the HR System also features an Directory Employees, Newsfeed, Event Calendar, and Order Management System.

The application allows to assign user levels and uses cloud to manage all documents. The intranet’s integration with Active Directory enables easy SSO.

The new application gathers all information about employees and allows to create a corporate social network. There, employees can manage their profiles, post pictures and create photo galleries, publish ads and information, while a Co-workers module enables creation of a personal group of associates.
