Reset password by SMS

Reset password by SMS -HR Software

Users who don’t have an email account can restore/reset and set a new password via SMS. The feature is available to customers with a subscription with an annual billing period.

To make this option available to your users, enable it in the Settings > Parameters > Security tab.

Steps:

  1. In the password reminder form, the user enters a mobile phone number with the country code of the country he is located (e.g. +48 for Poland). The mobile phone number must be entered in his employee profile.
  2. An SMS text message with a one-time code will be sent to the provided phone number
  3. The code should be entered in the next visible form.
  4. After entering the correct code, the user will be redirected to the form for setting a new password.
